Climate in Mendoza
Keep in mind that the southern hemisphere has opposite seasons as the northern hemisphere. In general, in summer, the climate is hot and the days are long, it is the best time in the southern and Patagonian Andes. Winter is recommended for the northern and north-western areas, because the rains are less frequent and the tropical climate descends a little. Autumn and spring are magnificent in Buenos Aires, Cuyo, La Rioja and Catamarca.
